Seven Cedars Cabaret, Sequim, WA, $4,400,000

Cabaret addition onto existing tribal casino.  Completed in six months.  Project included a new hydronic HVAC system serving the existing casino, upgraded electrical service, and a high level of interior finishes.  Prefabricated metal building, red iron framing, light gauge framing, metal roof tiles, plywood siding.  Site work included a retaining wall that supported an existing county roadway.  Building foundation supported on auger cast pilings.  Performed at Aecon Buildings.

 

Juanita Village Leasing Office and Retail TIs, Kirkland, WA. $800,000

High end retail tenant improvements for a barber shop, pizza restaurant, hair and nail salon, and leasing office/ amenity complex within a new apartment and retail complex.  Project included coordinating interior design drawings with architectural requirements, scheduling exotic finishes and materials, and completing the project on a very tight schedule.  Performed at Mego Construction.

 

First Horizon Financial Center, Bellevue, WA, $350,000

Retail tenant improvement on the ground level of a mixed use-building.  Project included high level of finishes and extensive communication and control wiring.  Performed at Mego Construction.

 

Bowling Ctr Expansion, PSNS, Bremerton, WA, $2,300,000

Expansion of an existing bowling alley at the Puget Sound Naval Ship Yard.  Work included a new steel structure between two existing structures, all new interior finishes including bowling lanes and lane equipment.  Performed at ECI General Contractors.

 

Harborside Restaurant, Seattle, WA, $900,000

Extensive tenant improvement in the AGC Office Building.  Work included connecting two levels in the existing building with a new grand staircase.  Extensive new plumbing and electrical work below the existing first floor slab was accomplished from rafts.  Performed at ECI General Contractors.

 

RWJUH OR Waiting Rm. and Chapel, New Brunswick, NJ, $350,000

Hospital addition onto the roof of the existing radiology laboratory.  Work required lifting steel over existing structures and placing it in an interior courtyard.  Mechanical and electrical systems typical of hospital construction.  Performed at Goshow Associates.

 

High-End Co-op Renovations, New York, NY, various

High end interior renovations within existing buildings of varying ages.  Projects included interior finishes, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems.  Projects often included complex negotiations with building managers and co-op boards   Performed at Goshow Associates.Add your content here
