Seven Cedars Cabaret, Sequim, WA, $4,400,000 Cabaret addition onto existing tribal casino. Completed in six months. Project included a new hydronic HVAC system serving the existing casino, upgraded electrical service, and a high level of interior finishes. Prefabricated metal building, red iron framing, light gauge framing, metal roof tiles, plywood siding. Site work included a retaining wall that supported an existing county roadway. Building foundation supported on auger cast pilings. Performed at Aecon Buildings.
Inglewood Golf Club Maintenance Facility, Kenmore, WA, $600,000
Renovation of one existing maintenance building and construction of two new buildings to upgrade and expand the maintenance facility at the Inglewood Golf Club. New buildings were pole buildings with separately constructed interiors. Work included construction of a washdown pad with a separation system for runoff control. Project included new paving, drainage, and a complete fire line routed across two fairways. Performed at Mego Construction.
Seward/Tops School, Seattle, WA, $15,000,000
Renovation of a historic school complex on a small, urban site. Complex included three century old buildings, one new building and one new atrium between existing buildings. Construction types included wood frame, heavy timber, cast in place concrete, steel, bearing masonry, and precast concrete. Performed at ECI General Contractors.
AIMF/ Test Cell, Whidbey NAS, Oak Harbor, WA, $5,500,000
Construction of a new jet engine test cell and addition to an existing jet engine rebuilding facility on two separate sites at the Whidbey Naval Air Station. Work included steel, masonry, and cast in place concrete structures, specialized mechanical systems, and complex electronic monitoring instrumentation. Performed at ECI General Contractors.
Fremont Troll, Seattle, WA, NA
Ferrocement public sculpture beneath the Aurora Bridge. Built with matching grant funds and volunteer labor. Performed as independent artist and contractor.

Renovation of two 1860’s townhouses into new medical offices, including a new parking structure and conformance with historic tax credit laws. Performed at Goshow Associates.

Hospital addition onto the roof of the existing radiology laboratory. Work required lifting steel over existing structures and placing it in an interior courtyard. Mechanical and electrical systems typical of hospital construction. Performed at Goshow Associates.
