Complex included three century old buildings, one new building and one new atrium between existing buildings. Inglewood Golf Club Maintenance Facility, Kenmore, WA, $600,000
Renovation of one existing maintenance building and construction of two new buildings to upgrade and expand the maintenance facility at the Inglewood Golf Club. New buildings were pole buildings with separately constructed interiors. Work included construction of a washdown pad with a separation system for runoff control. Project included new paving, drainage, and a complete fire line routed across two fairways. Performed at Mego Construction.
Deployment Facility. McChord AFB, McChord, WA, $2,500,000
Construction of two new steel and masonry structures for the Corps of Engineers. Existing site was undeveloped land adjacent to the existing air terminal on the McChord military base. Performed at ECI General Contractors.
BEQ 3 & 8, Whidbey NAS Oak Harbor, WA, $11,000,000
Renovation of two barracks at the Whidbey Naval Air Station. Included gutting existing concrete structures, installing new concrete shear walls, and then installing new systems and finishes to bring the 1940’s era barracks to current standards. Performed at ECI General Contractors.
Bowling Ctr Expansion, PSNS, Bremerton, WA, $2,300,000
Expansion of an existing bowling alley at the Puget Sound Naval Ship Yard. Work included a new steel structure between two existing structures, all new interior finishes including bowling lanes and lane equipment. Performed at ECI General Contractors.
Engine Maint. Shop, Whidbey NAS, Oak Harbor, WA, $3,400,000
Expansion of an existing aircraft engine rebuilding facility at the Whidbey Naval Air Station. Work included a new masonry shell, complex electrical and mechanical systems, and a new conference/training facility within a new second level. Performed at ECI General Contractors.
